New Year 2012

With a global economy that is weakening, a staggering federal deficit, and a Presidential election on the horizon, it appears that coming years will bring some major tax law changes. Current tax rules are scheduled to expire at the end of this year with portions of the health care reform law (Obama-care) scheduled to take effect. Also, spending cuts will automatically begin if Congress does not pass legislation this year to curtail spending.

Needless to say, we are living at a time during which uncertainty and unprecedented government debt increases will affect the way we live the “American dream” - something we cherish.

In preparation for 2012 and beyond, we have prepared the attached general update for your review. Due to the many “red tape” changes occurring we would encourage you to call us with any questions you may have regarding this update and what you hear in the news.

We are pleased to announce that we have two new members of our team - Mr. Jim Ogan and Ms. Taelor Fernandez. Jim is an experienced Certified Public Accountant who has lived and worked in the Central Valley for over 20 years. Taelor will be handling our front reception area and assisting Melissa in office support. We are thrilled to have them with us!!
